We acquired this for a client in late 2014 for investment purposes.

Currently refurbishing the whole apartment from painting carpets new kitchen furniture.

Again this is all done as part of our management fee at no extra cost to the client.

We hope to turn this apartmnet around in two weeks.

Then we will be ready to let it out.
