We manage a mixed use commerdial residential property on Pearse Street.Recently we got a rental increase on the commercial user and have now refurbished the top floor flat from start to finish.

Replastered all the internal walls painted fitted new kitchen light fitting bathroom

Now ready for furniture.

This will obtain a good rent and ensures the client receives a good increase in rental increase.

Prior to us taking it over residential portion was in poor condition generating small rental income.
